Terms of Service
Last updated 2026. Plain-language terms for using SoloSphere.
1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using SoloSphere you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that organisation.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity in your workspaces. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
You must be at least 16 years old to use SoloSphere.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use SoloSphere to break the law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, attempt to bypass access controls, or generate content that is unlawful, hateful or deceptive.
We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you create in SoloSphere. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, process and display that content in order to run the service for you.
5. AI-generated content
AI features produce drafts, not facts. Output can be inaccurate or unoriginal. You are responsible for reviewing anything generated before publishing or acting on it.
Fair-use limits may apply to AI generation to keep the service available to everyone.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep SoloSphere available, but the service is provided as-is without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. Features may evolve, and we will give notice of material changes where practical.
7. Termination
You can stop using SoloSphere and delete your data at any time. We may terminate accounts that materially breach these terms.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoloSphere is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data you have not backed up separately.
9. Contact
