Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026. This policy explains what SoloSphere stores, why, and what control you keep over it.

1. Data we collect

Account data: your name, email address and authentication identifiers, provided when you register or sign in with Google.

Workspace content: the projects, tasks, documents, files, contacts, invoices and AI-generated content you create inside SoloSphere.

Technical data: basic log information such as timestamps and error reports, used to keep the service reliable.

2. How we use it

To provide the product: storing and serving your workspace content to you and the members you invite.

To generate AI output you explicitly request (articles, social posts, briefs). Prompts are sent to our AI provider solely to produce that output.

To secure and improve the service, diagnose failures and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your workspace content for advertising.

3. Storage and security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure and encrypted in transit. Access is restricted at the database level so that only members of a workspace can read that workspace's data.

No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we apply row-level access controls, least-privilege keys and audited server functions.

4. Sharing

Content is visible to the members of your workspace. We share data with infrastructure and AI sub-processors strictly to operate the service, and with authorities only where legally required.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by contacting us. Deleting a workspace removes its projects, tasks, documents and files.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before being overwritten.

7. Contact
